We do our best to provide products and services that are completely free of defects and errors to suit your aspirations and meet your level of satisfaction. Therefore, we strive and work to provide after-sales services of the highest quality, out of our concern for the customer experience and our belief that the real investment must be in customer satisfaction, preserving their rights and clarifying all aspects related to providing the service to them, which may result in some shortcomings and unintended errors at a later time, which by their nature require the customer to return to the institution to request after-sales service.
Since our inception in 2019, we have implemented a warranty and compensation policy with all eligible customers, without exception or discrimination. Therefore, this page was created to inform customers of their rights and the implications of their interactions with the organization, whether through the website, social media platforms, or with the organization's representatives.

Establishment: refers to Extreme Dimensions Communications Establishment, an establishment officially registered in Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. 4650227586.
You: refers to the customer, consumer, or marketer.
Store Manager: means the general manager, customer service employee, or sales representative of the store.
Service Provider: means the telecommunications company providing the service, such as STC, Mobily, Zain, Virgin, Salam, Lebara, etc., as well as information technology companies, delivery companies, game card providers, and all those who provide digital cards displayed on this website.
Agent: means the Saudi commercial agent who represents the brand within Saudi Arabia and is responsible for providing after-sales services to customers in accordance with the agreement concluded between him and the site.
After-sales services by categories:
1- Accessories and mobile phone products
The name of the warranty provider is included in the product data and description, and accordingly, the after-sales service provider is referred to for the necessary support.
- After-sales services for mobile phones and tablets: The warranty period is two years and is provided by the agent after contacting the store for guidance.
- After-sales service for accessories: The warranty period ranges from one to two years depending on the product. The warranty is provided by the agent after contacting the store for guidance.
- Requests for replacement of defective devices or accessories may be processed directly through the store or by visiting the agent's branch, depending on the customer's preferred and easiest method.
- If the warranty provider's name is not mentioned, the warranty is automatically on the store.
- Warranty does not cover misuse or breakage resulting from dropping or improper handling.
2- Recharge card products of Saudi telecom companies
- If you encounter a problem with your recharge card, such as an incorrect or used code, and with any telecom company: Mobily, Zain, STC, or Salam, you should contact your service provider to request a solution to the problem or contact the store management. Please note that if you contact the store, the store manager will simply submit a claim to the service provider to resolve the problem and follow up with the telecom company within the time period specified by it.
- Some cards are only compatible with a specific type of SIM card, for example: STC's 500 GB 6-month QuickNet card can only be activated on the data SIM card and cannot be activated on the SIM card. This allocation of recharge card categories is subject to updating by telecom companies, so the data SIM recharge card may be restricted to become activable on the data SIM card as well as the SIM card.
- You can use the digital card only once.
- E-vouchers and cards are case-sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.
- Electronic vouchers and cards viewed from your account, or delivered via email or mobile message, are non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect on the part of the company.
- We are not responsible for any mistakes you make (for example: requesting a card by mistake, requesting a card during the offer period and postponing its activation until the offer ends, requesting a card and activating it after its expiration date)
- After receiving your order, we are not responsible for any loss of the product (code or digital product).
- We are not responsible for any future changes to recharge cards ordered from our website, such as changes to the value-added tax (VAT) applied to recharges, or the cancellation of additional data from an Internet recharge card due to the expiration of the offer period specified by the telecom company.
3- SIM card products of Saudi telecom companies
First: As the company is an authorized distributor for the Saudi Telecommunications Company (STC) and Mobily, all provisions of the regulations and laws of the company issuing these SIM cards apply to the SIM card products, which are published on the company’s official website on the Internet or the terms and conditions link that reaches the customer’s mobile phone as a text message when requesting SIM card activation. You, as a service requester from a distributor of these companies, must:
- Commitment to all terms and instructions of the telecom company stipulated in the terms and conditions document for the consumer or user.
- View the package details on the company's official website and learn about all fees and obligations, if any.
- If you encounter any problems with your SIM card, you should contact your service provider or contact the store manager for instructions on how to contact the service provider and how to follow up on orders with the service provider.
- You acknowledge that the institution is not responsible for any changes made by the service provider to the calling cards or packages at any time by exercising the right granted to it by the Communications Authority, including but not limited to: applying the fair usage policy for unlimited internet, modifying package prices, or canceling packages at any time and without prior notice.
Second: We strive to provide accurate and constantly updated data about current offers from telecom companies displayed on our website. However, our responsibility is limited to matching the product description on our website with the description approved by the telecom company. In other words, if there is an error in the product description resulting from the telecom company, the website bears no responsibility for that.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- As a customer, you have the right to receive the product with the same specifications written on the product page without any differences.
- If the store makes an error regarding the product specifications, such as an incorrect description, providing incorrect data or numbers, or a partial or total, qualitative or quantitative difference, the store is obligated to compensate you in this case. Compensation may be either by replacing the product with another product that matches the description, if a replacement is available, or by compensating with a financial amount agreed upon by the store manager and the customer.
- We are committed to the accuracy of product data and specifications upon delivery only, and we are not responsible for any changes to the description of the same product in the future.
- As a customer, if the shipping company fails to deliver your product within 14 days, the store is committed to following up with you. You have the right to a refund and file a complaint against the shipping company. Please review the Shipping and Delivery page .
- We are not responsible if the product does not meet your needs or expectations.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages that may be incurred by you as a result of your purchase of store products.
- The customer must commit to paying dues on time without any delay. This commitment includes all previously agreed-upon transactions, such as deferred payment if the institution approves, or monthly subscription fees if the customer agrees to the multi-segment offers that are activated monthly.
- If a subscriber wishes to cancel his/her subscription to a service or package subject to a commitment for any reason, he/she is obligated to pay a fee of 10 riyals per month unless there is an emergency situation on the part of the site, for example, a change in prices, a shortage of quantities, or the expiration of the offer period, in which case the customer is not liable to pay any fees.
General Provisions
- In the event of a conflict between the product description in English and Arabic, the Arabic language shall prevail.
- You acknowledge and agree to all rights granted to service providers by the Communications and Information Technology Commission, for which the Corporation provides a full and detailed disclaimer.
- If we discover errors in the content of the site, we have the right to amend them or make comprehensive changes to the content on the site.
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, or to remove or add products.
- We have the right to report to the competent authorities if we find that a customer has violated or misused the website’s products in a manner that contravenes the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (for example, but not limited to: purchasing calling cards and registering them in the name of the purchasing customer and then reselling them to other people, as the telecommunications companies’ system stipulates that reselling SIM cards registered in the name of other people is prohibited, or cooperating with violators of the regulations by facilitating their obtaining of a calling card in any way).
- We have the right to refuse to accept orders if there is any reason stated in this agreement that represents harm to the site or is suspicious, and we are only required to refund the amounts.
- We have the right to block the website from the customer if it is proven that he is misusing the website services for the purpose of harming the store.
