First: Preparing the orders
- The order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Our working days are from Saturday to Thursday . Friday is considered an official holiday and no orders are processed or shipped on that day.
- Orders received after 6:00 PM will be processed and shipped as the next business day.
Second: Shipping time within the Kingdom
- Shipping within Saudi Arabia takes approximately 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is delivered to the shipping company, and this varies depending on the customer's city and the shipping company .
Third: Shipping companies
Orders are usually shipped via SMSA Express . Aramex or another approved shipping company may be used when needed, depending on area coverage , the nature of the shipment , or the earliest available delivery time .
- This does not affect the customer's rights, and the customer is provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Fourth: Shipping and delivery times for orders to the shipping company
- After the order is prepared, it is handed over to the shipping company before 5:00 PM Saudi Arabia time on working days.
Fifth: Shipping fees
- Shipping fees are fixed: 20 Saudi Riyals inclusive of VAT for all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise clearly stated during order completion.
Sixth: Coverage Area
- Shipping covers all regions and cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia served by contracted shipping companies.
- If the customer's address is outside the direct coverage area of the home delivery service, the customer may be required to pick up the shipment from the nearest branch of the shipping company or an authorized pickup point, and will be notified of this in advance.
Seventh: Order tracking
- The tracking number is sent to the customer as soon as the order is shipped, via:
- The email address registered in the application, or
- Short text message (SMS) to the registered mobile number.
- The customer can track the shipment status directly through the shipping company’s website or app using the tracking number.
Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Friday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Response time: Within 1-3 hours during working hours.
