- Exchanges and returns can be requested within 7 days of the date of receipt.
Terms
- The product must be in its original condition , unused, and undamaged.
- Attach the purchase invoice or order number .
- Return the product with all accessories and original packaging .
- The product is inspected upon arrival before a replacement or refund is approved.
Shipping and costs
- If the reason for the order is not due to an error or defect on the part of the store : the customer bears the shipping costs and the shipping fees are non-refundable after they have been carried out.
- If the reason is a manufacturing defect , damage during shipping , or sending a non-conforming product : the store will bear the full shipping costs of the procedure.
Financial recovery
- The refund will be sent to the same payment method .
- Processing time is 7 to 14 business days (may vary depending on the payment provider/bank).
- If the error is on our side, a full refund will be given.
