Exchange and Return Policy - Extreme


1. Replacement Policy

The customer may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is exchangeable according to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Return Policy

The customer can request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, if the product does not conform to the specifications, has a manufacturing defect, or has not been used.

3. Exchange and Return Terms (for physical products only)

To ensure a fair and smooth experience, the following is required:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The application must be submitted within the period specified above.
  • The product must be accompanied by a purchase invoice or proof of order.
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included with the product.
  • These Terms do not apply to digital products or on-demand services.

4. Digital products (electronic cards, SIM cards, internet, and on-demand services)

  • Digital products cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled after the order has been placed, the code has been sent, or the service has been activated.
  • The digital card can only be used once, and the code must be entered exactly as it is (case sensitive).
  • Coupons or codes redeemed from the account or sent via email or message are final and non-refundable or exchangeable unless there is a fault with the service provider.
  • The store is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect entry, wrong order, or delaying activation until the expiration of the offer.
  • After receiving the code or digital product, the store is not responsible for its loss or sharing by the customer.
  • Orders made to order are non-refundable.
  • If the service has been initiated and then cancellation is requested, the store has the right to charge an estimated fee if the service can be stopped before completion.


5. Replacement or return procedures

To begin the process, please contact us via email or the official contact page on the website, and we will provide you with the form and instructions necessary to complete the application.

6. Financial refund

  • In the event that the order is cancelled before the service is completed, the delivery fee (if applicable) or electronic payment fee will be deducted according to the payment method used.
  • If the error is on our part, the full amount will be refunded without deducting any fees.

Electronic payment fee details:

  • Mada: 1% of the transaction value + 1 fixed riyal + 15% VAT.
  • Visa: 2.2% of the transaction value + 1 fixed riyal + 15% VAT.
  • Tabby or Tamara: 3.5% processing fee of the total transaction value.
