Exchange and Return Policy – Extreme Tech
1. Replacement Policy
The customer can request a replacement within 10 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is eligible for replacement according to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Return Policy
The customer can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, if the product does not conform to specifications, has a manufacturing defect, or has not been used.
3. Exchange and return conditions (for physical products only)
To ensure a fair and smooth experience, the following is required:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- The application must be submitted within the period specified above.
- The product must be accompanied by a purchase invoice or proof of order.
- All original accessories and packaging must be included with the product.
- These terms do not apply to digital products or on-demand services.
4. Digital products (electronic cards, SIM cards, internet, and on-demand services)
- Digital products cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled after the order has been placed, the code has been sent, or the service has been activated.
- The digital card can only be used once, and the code must be entered exactly as it is (case-sensitive).
- Coupons or codes viewed from the account or sent via email or messages are final and non-refundable or exchangeable except in the event of a fault on the part of the service provider.
- The store is not responsible for any error resulting from incorrect entry, wrong order, or delaying activation until the expiry date or offer.
- After receiving the code or digital product, the store is not responsible for its loss or sharing by the customer.
- Refunds are not possible for orders executed under the "on-demand service" type.
- If the service has been started and then cancellation is requested, the store is entitled to charge an estimated fee if the service is capable of being stopped before completion.
5. Replacement or return procedures
To begin the process, please contact us via email or the official contact page on the website, and we will provide you with the form and instructions necessary to complete the request.
6. Financial recovery
- If the order is cancelled before the service is carried out, the delivery fee (if any) or the electronic payment fee will be deducted according to the payment method used.
- If the mistake is on our side, the full amount will be refunded without any deductions.
Details of electronic payment fees:
- Mada: 1% of the transaction value + 1 fixed riyal + 15% VAT.
- Visa: 2.2% of the transaction value + 1 fixed riyal + 15% VAT.
- Tabby or Tamara: 3.5% processing fee of the total transaction value.
Returns are processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Cost Responsibility
- Shipping fees are 20 Saudi Riyals per order.
- If a return or exchange is requested for reasons not due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the store, the customer bears the full shipping fees, and shipping fees are non-refundable after the order has been executed.
If the reason for the return or exchange is due to:
- Manufacturing defect
- or damaged during shipping
- Or sending a product that does not match the order.
Extreme Tech will bear all shipping charges related to the return or exchange process.
- The store does not currently offer a service to collect returned products from the customer's location. The product must be sent via an approved shipping company after prior coordination with customer service.
This policy is subject to the consumer protection regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and complies with all relevant regulations.
